The receptionists was lovely, greeted straight away when walked in, dentist was great really nice made me feel at ease, would recommend.

My experience

Had to wait 25 minutes past appointment time even though all covid questions had been completed by me hours before appointment. No one took the time to informed me why they was running late? When you work time is money. Very poor communication on practice side.
