My experience
I had been a few days before to have a temporary filling fixed and since then my tooth had not stopped hurting and in fact got worse so I was in agony when I arrived - I believe that something was done wrong to cause the infection- I queried this with the receptionist who said I still had to pay again but could take it up with you after- I would like to do that now please so please contact me

My experience
I had a tooth removed but in the process my inside cheek and my outside lip was torn badly and a sharp piece of tooth was left in the hole.
Staff were nice but experience was extremely painful.

I was only having a check up as not been seen since before pandemic. My appointment was for 9am but wasn't seen till 9.20 as my dentist was stuck in traffic. Other than that everything was spot on. Advice given, no further treatment needed. Dentist was thorough and took time doing my check up. Clean and very covid friendly.

Lovely, caring people
I was very grateful to be seen and looked after by lovely, caring people. I was made to feel welcome and safe and felt well looked after in an extremely covid safe environment. Thank you for your clear guidance and advice.

My third treatment at Ravat & Ray for one extraction & two fills. I love this dental practice! Great service, friendly staff and superb treatment. I have been attending dental surgeries over sixty years and this practice in Fitton Hill is the best in my experience.
