Patient and accommodating
The caring and professional nature of my dentist, for someone who is normally petrified and anxious, she was more than patient and accommodating, so much so I could have given her a hug afterwards never mind a fist bump, well done Shireen.

I have been a patient at Ravat and Ray for about 6 years and can only speak of them in the most glowing of terms. I recently experienced a bad toothache and when I rang (and got a real person on the other end after only a reasonable wait!) I was able to get seen the following day. The tooth was cleanly extracted after a full explanation and all is good. I have also had my routine check a few weeks later and a session with the Dental Hygenist, who took great pains to discuss my dental care, thoroughly cleaned my teeth and devised a plan to follow to prevent further loss. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Emergency dental appointment
Some staff are lovely and helpful, been here twice now and the first appointment they were nice and helpful ect. Second appointment the staff were abrupt and rude and rushed me.
