The dentist was absolutely brilliant I was scared and she was really calming and gentle and reassuring she was very warming and explained everything brilliantly she did a fantastic job and is a fantastic person.
The reception staff arnt as nice I spoke to a lady on the phone because the Dentist had forgot to give me some antibiotics and she was a bit rude..don't find the reception staff very warming and friendly at all it let's the Dentists down

Ravat & Ray Dental Care, Oldham
I have just been for two fillings and I have to admit, I am the MOST nervous patient ever. Sat in the waiting room crying my eyes out thinking back to the horror treatments I endured as a teenager.
Well don’t I feel silly now ?!?
…. The ladies on reception are outstanding … so friendly and really looked after me. Aisha, my dentist explained everything in detail and was extremely gentle … the injection didn’t hurt a bit! That’s a first !! I can’t recommend her enough, she’s a genius and so lovely.
And finally (but by no means least ) the amazing nurse who held my hand all the way through! I don’t know his name but is my hero!
I’ve never felt so pleased by a dental treatment! Thank you, thank you, all the staff at Ravat and Ray Oldham.

Highly recommend
I was so nervous about going .as this was an emergency appointment but the staff were really friendly as was the Dentist they put me at ease and talked me through everything. I would highly recommend this Dental practice. Definitely a 5*****.

Cannot thank the staff enough
From arriving as an emergency patient to leaving after my second visit I cannot thank the staff enough. I have always had a fear of the Dentist and never enjoyed going even avoiding if possible but this was a very good experience and can’t thank the Dentist that I saw putting me at ease.

A nice dentist to visit
Very efficient, sorted my cracked tooth and even asked me to keep an eye on an ulcered tongue and to go back if its not cleared in a week, I found this quite caring. Just a nice dentist to visit.

If you can’t do emergency dental work, don’t offer it! COVID is NOT an excuse. I came as emergency NHS dental appointment, paid £23 only to be told sorry we can’t do drilling because of COVID, we will put you on a waiting list, you’ll get a phone call in 2-3 weeks! Waste of my time and money! I went in pain, I’m still in pain, no phone call yet.
