The actual dentist was brilliant but I wasn't impressed with the receptionist, my appointment was 11am at 20 past she said to me I'm sorry for your wait but there are a lot of paying patients today. I felt as though I was discriminated against because im on Universal credit and exempt from paying. I didn't say anything at the time because iI'm not one for creating a scene.

Explained everything to me
Was seen on time. The receptionist was very pleasant and the waiting room clean and tidy. The dentist and nurse were very friendly. She explained everything to me and what I would expect in my next appointment.
