I am usually happy with the dentist however todays visit was appalling. The dentist was rude and inappropriate with his comments at times with no cause, he cut my husbands mouth from a simple cleaning procedure and was so rude to me that I left sobbing.

My experience
The dentist and the nurse helping her lacked empathy. They could clearly see the pain and distress I was in during my treatment, yet did not even say anything. I found it very unprofessional and uncaring. It's very surprising that your dentist and nurse lacked empathy which is important for a health professional.

Amazing experience. I went as an emergency appointment never been here before. From walking in it was very clean and relaxed atmosphere. I was called in for my appintment early and the young lady dentist and her assistant was so nice I really want to say thank you so much. I am embarrassed of my teeth and they made me feel so at ease. They were brilliant. We talked about my options but we agreed it would probably be best to be removed. It was a very stubborn tooth to get out it didn't want to shift but they talked me through literally holding my hand all the way through and I am so relieved to have the toothache gone and sorted out. They really looked after me. I wanted to give them a hug afterwards. Thanks again. I would definitely recommend. And can I just add... when they give me the numbing injection I did not feel a thing... how is that possible. Great work. Xxx
