Very good
The team were very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The team addressed me by my name without me saying it which made the visit personable. I did not need to wait long and I was seen by the dentist team, before starting the routine checkup they explained what they will be doing and how long it will take, making me feel relaxed. Overall very good service.

Excellent service and friendly staff!
I would like to take some time to give the lovely staff at Ravat and Ray some positive reviews. From the moment of walking into the surgery I’m greeted with the sweetest staff that do everything in their power to make the process smooth. They take the time to know their patients personally and are always asking about me and my family. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, absolutely amazing.

Great experience each time I visit, all staff from the reception through to the dentists are all very friendly and helpful.

I finally have a dentist and I am so grateful!
She made me feel very comfortable and is vary safe and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I needed a referral for a tooth extraction, but she explained it and I felt like she really cared about my safety.

Great with the children
The ladies at the reception desk are always so welcoming and helpful. They are great with the children too, all three of my boys came in today a little loud and just being ‘boys’, they gave paper and pencil colours so they all sat and stayed occupied whilst waiting for their appointment. Then after the appointment gave stickers and encouraged them when they come back it will be okay, nothing to worry about.
