Lovely and friendly

From the friendly and helpful staff as you walk in especially Karen who always greets you with a smile to the dentist I saw I always receive exceptional service and treatment.

My experience was good. I felt comfortable. Everyone was pleasant. Iqraa Nasir the dentist was very helpful giving me advice on looking after my teeth.

I was happy in the way I was treated and assisted from the staff, very helpful and pleasant.

Staff members were really nice and kind and the actual dentist kindly explained everything l need to do with my teeth so they would be clean and look nice. l have a baby girl who was running around while we were waiting for our turn, staff members were very lovely to her and after she had her first dentist appointment, they gave her little presents which was super nice and made my baby girl really happy.

I am a support worker and attended this dental surgery with one of my ladies I support, she has learning difficulties, mental health issues and mobility issues, she was in pain and we was given an emergency appointment at this surgery, my lady was very anxious and scared about leaving the house let alone visiting a dentist! However we was seen by a female dentist and her assistant, unfortunately I can't remember their names will always remember how lovely, caring and patient they both was towards my lady, this made the situation much easier and settled my lady and I can't express how fantastic they really was towards a person with complex needs! It took around 5 minutes to treat her and she was so happy she continued to talk about the dentist ladies and how nice they are! I can't praise them enough, she was treated and helped to find a local dentist to join due to her only recently joining our service and moving to the area! Thank you guys! She is now pain free and happy to go back to see a dentist again, I only hope the dentist she does register to is as sympathetic as you, if not it could throw her back again!

Could of scaled and polished my teeth.

Having teeth removed and dentures made is a long process. Temporary ones fitted until the bone shrinks and then permanent ones made. Iqra is so patient and kind, and completely understands how nerve wracking this process is. I’m at the other side now, just waiting for my permanent denture. She has been nothing short of brilliant. They don’t look like Turkey 🇹🇷 teeth, they are so natural. Thank you so much Iqra.

Lovely dentist, polite and understanding.

The staff here are polite and answer any questions you have with confidence.. the dentist lady always puts me at ease knowing I am scared of needles and talks me through everything that's being done.... thank you
