Not happy
As I took my disabled son for an emergency appointment, even though he’s exempt or paying for treatment we had to pay £26 for the man to look in his mouth.

Fantastic
Dr George Grey, his colleague who was with him in the room and the team at the reception were fantastic. I was attended to promptly, professionally and courteously. George Grey was patient and adept at his job and it was a good experience at your practice. I will certainly refer as much as I can.

Had to wait a little but this was down to an emergency so probably couldn’t be helped. However, when we did get seen dentist was friendly and helpful dental assistant friendly too. The receptionist helped us fill our forms in (which we forgot to do!) and she was so nice!

A big improvement
I have been visiting Ravat and Ray for a large number of years. On the whole it has never been a pleasant experience with cold, barely civil staff and genuine concerns about the hygiene measures in place. However, today’s visit was a massive improvement! The staff were all pleasant and welcoming, the dentist was professional and the building looked much cleaner abs better cared for. I hope this is a lasting improvement as, for someone who is anxious about visiting the dentist, today was a much better experience.

Very kind & understanding
Although I went as an emergency the work I need to have wasn’t something the dentist there could offer me unless I went private but he did advise me where I may be able to get the treatment I need and I left with a prescription and very good advice and I’m very grateful for that.

The Young Lady was brilliant. She explained oral health and did my exam and x-rays. I was, thankfully, clear. She advised me to book another appointment, which I did. She was brilliant, gave me a brush to clean between my molars.
