Emergency appointment
I was seen very quickly by a lovely dentist who diagnosed an early abscess. She prescribed anti- biotics and answered all my questions. Very patient and helpful.

Efficient, informative and helpful
I came for a check up. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. That is what you want.The dental nurse when I said I found stairs difficult quickly moved the appointment to a downstairs room, with no fuss which was fantastic. The treatment was not what I had expected. I had an extraction, but the dentist was in control and explained everything and made sure I was not in pain and as comfortable as I could be. Overall she made what could have been an uncomfortable experience better. Thank you.

2 tooth extracted
Went to get two teeth extracted, was feeling very unsure and scared. However the dentist was very reassuring and helpful and was comforting throughout the entire process. The other lady who was helping out was also very nice and helpful both were very comforting and made the process much easier than expected.

As an EXTREMELY TERRIFIED patient. The dentist and nurse where AMAZING! Calmed me and where patient with me. Explained everything they where doing at each and every step. Reassured me and put me at ease. I trusted them fully and managed to complete the procedure. I've never felt safe at the dentist but I did at this appointment. Tooth extraction
I was sent to this Dental practice by 111 due to the requirement of emergency treatment. I was happy with the outstanding service and aftercare advice. Gum infection was thoroughly inspected and treated by removing the molar tooth.
