The dentist and her assistant explained everything to me. Unfortunately, my problem could not be solved there and then because I needed a current INR blood test and I had to return.

I was put right at ease
The lady dentist I saw today was lovely, I was put right at ease as I am an anxious person, her bedside manner was second to none, everything was explained throughout my treatment thoroughly and I left feeling happy and at ease, I just would really like to say thank you to her and also the lovely dental assistant who was also equally lovely, I would definitely recommend to others who are anxious and are maybe frightened of dental procedures, overall a very good experience.

My dentist Iqra was absolutely amazing, she explained everything and was very thorough, the receptionist was called Fahima I recall, she was very polite and welcoming, they have both done a great job.

Dental surgeon was gentle
The calm atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Dental surgeon was gentle and very nice, made my anxiety reduce in minutes. The surgery is spotless, clean, excellent service. This is the Fitton Hill Branch.

Talked me through every step
I have extreme anxiety and I worry a lot, I was worried massively about taking the tooth took out that was severely infected and causing me a large amount of pain, but the dentists there talked me through every step, and honestly put my mind at ease quite a lot. I just want to thank them both! ( I didn’t get there names)

Same day appointment
They gave me a same day appointment and the dentist with the head scarf was very gentle and did the painful stuff very quickly and thoughtfully so I don't feel the pain. I was in a lot of pain and in the one visit I had she stopped my pain to the point I could finally sleep at night and prescribed me antibiotics to kill the infection.
