Explained everything to me

I was able to get an emergency on-the-day appointment. I had to have a tooth extraction which was done there and then. The dentist was very professional and explained everything to me. The dental assistant was friendly and gave me all the information on aftercare.

I am very scared of dentist and with severe anxiety. Today I was having a review. Arrived early to give myself time to calm down.The ladies in reception are so lovely. Little chit chat to calm me down. Previous days one of my tooth got broken. It was in 2 pieces the cap and metal post together and the root inside. The dentist has seen couldn't cement it back. It need to be removed. Could it be possible do it now? Just thinking I need a extra appoinment make me sweat. My anxiety is so bad I make myself sick. He say yes, I could do it if you like it. He removed my tooth and I didn't feel any pain at all. I couldn't believe my tooth was out. So happy for that. About my revision: the healing process of my gums is very good and he was able to take the impresions. Because of the tooth we need to wait extra time for healing. It is ok with me. I know I am in good hands. Thank you very much to all team. You make possible my treatment. Thank you to be so considerated with my state of mind.

Excellent service. Made me feel really comfortable. I have a gagging reflex problem and they made it as easy as they could. If they were taking new NHS patients, I would definitely register with them. One of my, if not only pleasant visit to a dentist. Than you.

My experience

I have been visiting this dentist routinely/ bimonthly/tri-monthly. Although I feel the dentist are doing a great job, the dentists keep changing with each of my visits so I keep having repeated information thrown at me and keep having hygiene checks and cleans and nothing else being advise even after 2-3 years of constant visits.
