The dentist was very gentle
Firstly the customer care at reception, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Secondly the dentist and his assistant were very warm and welcoming and the dentist was very gentle and he spoke to me during my treatment which I found very relaxing, almost like a meditation.

My experience
The receptionist was lovely, the actual dentist wasn’t helpful at all. She told me it was really bad and she couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t advise me on what I should do. Absolute waste of money, not to mention how anxious I was about it and the dentist was not helpful or nice at all.

The way you are treated, I’ve always been a very nervous patient but the last few dentists we have had have been good. I’m no longer nervous which for me is very good. I’ve had about 8 maybe 9 dentists since I first came, Robert was a really nice young man, always put me at my ease. I can’t remember the one who took, I think, it was 8 teeth out, I was so nervous I nearly went back home so between the 2 they have helped me get over being nervous, such a shame to lose Robert though we have a lovely lady now so them 2 dentists always stand out to me.
