I didn't have to wait too long before I was called in. It was a dentist I hadn't seen before, she was very professional and efficient.

Upon arrival I had the unfortunate experience of being checked in by a young lady at reception who I can only assume was a senior member of staff as she stood there instructing the welcoming receptionists. Given it was late evening and most likely had a long day but this was no excuse for her behaviour. Her communication was highly unprofessional and the tone used was something to be questioned. Aside from that I was seen almost immediately and the extraction took less than ten minutes which i can't thank the dentist enough for.
