I have really bad anxiety, especially at the dentist and have avoided sorting out my tooth for over a year. The dentist and the hygienist were so kind to me and kept making sure I was okay and reassuring me. I’m still nervous about the dentist but I really appreciate how kind they were. I feel better knowing that there are dentists like this out there.

Had an emergency appointment for an abscessed tooth. I have really bad anxiety especially when at the dentist so I’ve been putting this off for a year. However, I told the dentist this and he was really lovely and reassuring. The dental nurse was really lovely too. Both kept checking I was okay. He gave me 2 options to either get it removed or a root canal. Got a temporary filling till my root canal appointment in the new year. Thank you very much 😭❤️

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The dentist was polite and explained everything fully. Really good service as an emergency for an abscess under my tooth. I was very grateful to be able to be seen.

Had an appointment yesterday. 1st time with this female Doctor. I told her it was my daughters birthday yesterday (16/13/22). I should have told her I had a piece of cake (filled with cream) in the morning. At the time of my checkup I received the worst awful news. Been at the Dental Surgery several times & never been told my gums are so weak. I was told my gums are not healthy. I was told Clark is building all around my teeth, l need to brush properly. She said no optional treatments could be received unless gums are in good condition. My next appointment is in 6 months time. I personally think the Clark she was cleaning yesterday was cream off the cake. I thought Dental Doctor would know the difference between Clark & cream so I didn’t ask. I just got well emotional & felt humiliated with what she was saying. Doctor could’ve asked me if I ate cake. I doubt weak gums would be on my record. She did say she had read my medical history. I’m aware dental surgery is open today, I tried contacting 3 times but line directly keeps getting cut off. I tried emailing & that isn’t being accepted neither.
