Both the dentists been good on treatment accuracy to cause minimal revisits in all these years, good oral care advise always. courteous staff dealing with a variety of patients / visitors never seen loosing it, accommodating with re-bookings re-schedules politely while calling out on attendance tracking where necessary, thanks for the good care for us to keep doing the 12 miles round trip each visit, seems more in peak traffic times. My experience
The services became very poor over 10 years that I’m the patient there. 1min check up. Dentist isn’t bothered at all and doesn’t give any advice on how to look after your teeth and when I had questions he couldn’t answer.
Really poor service. Appointments are always late at least 15min.

Visited Windsor Dental Practice and was very pleased with the surgery, my appointment was on time and I felt looked after as always. Was able to book my next appointment for six monthly check up. Simple, easy and the staff are very polite.

Windsor dental practice is the best
As someone who has a phobia of Dentist Mr Singh put me at ease in return for treatment I never even felt the needle going in! (Which as a grown adult I usually scream ) Mrs Singh is kind caring and very polite and always listens and explains
The receptionist are always friendly welcomes you with a warm smile
The surgery is clean and fresh (don’t have that denstist smell) you could eat your food off the floor
A big thank you not to just Mr Singh but to the other dentist (which I’ve seen) the receptionist the cleaners and everyone that works to make the surgery so successful

I have always been petrified of visiting any dentist and I was recommended this surgery in hulme I met Jason Singh a d was overwhelmed by his professional treatment and careful consideration of my fobia and fears. Absolutely thorough and understanding of my requirements and support that my worries and reluctance to go have gone. Areally decent dentist and human being.
