Good work. No complaints about the service. The only gap is the parking. I know from my own experience how problematic this is (£200+ and disproportionate impact on my credit score - they really are nasty people ). But in the long term, a better solution is required as once it goes to the 3rd party, there is no good outcome for customers. I proved I had legitimate reason to be parking (appointment) there but they did not care. You really do need to protect customers from this if you don’t have any control/influence over them either.

Very happy patient.
After many years of being worried about visiting a dentist due to poor childhood dentist treatment, I am delighted I was recommended the Windsor practice. They have been amazing, I can't recommend them enough. The treatment has been brilliant and their advice is spot on.

I was expecting to have to wait 3 months for a front denture but I was sorted out with a temporary one within a few days while I was still on benefits so it didn't cost me anything.

I’m very happy with the service
I was delayed by 12 mins because of incident on road but the secretaries very kindly accommodated me and Jason saw me too. He explained everything very thoroughly and took more X-rays and discussed further treatment, advice was given very clearly. I’m very happy with the service I received.
