They always treat me with kindness

I’m someone who has always had a fear of the dentist. The entire staff here make me feel welcome, calm, explain what’s going on and really care about my dental care, In my opinion.
I never have to wait long for an appointment and they always treat me with kindness.

My experience

No television.
Not enough chairs. I'm aged 60 and was standing for ages.
Dentist is very professional and friendly and puts you at ease.

Windsor Dental Practice Hulme

I arrived a bit early and waited nearly an hour before I was seen for a 3-minute check-up. The dentist said that the receptionist had failed to tell him I had arrived. And of course, I then had to pay for the check-up. Being self-employed, that lost hour is also lost income. If it were a restaurant that had forgotten my order, they would have offered a reduced bill.

Appointment

Time management was very poor. My appointment was at 2pm, I was only seen at 2.20pm. Yet when we are late by 5-10 minutes they cancel our appointment.
