Had an emergency appointment at 8:20pm, and was out of there before bedtime. Two staff were honestly the nicest and professional dentists I have ever met. Literally no issues. Reassuring me along the way, as they freed me of a long-aggrivating wisdom tooth. Really lovely experience all round.

I had treatment with Brandon today and couldn't be happier with the care I received. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting any work. I needed two fillings and he made sure I understood all the options available, along with the pros and cons of each.
What stood out most was how comfortable and relaxed he made me feel throughout the appointment. He genuinely seems to care about his patients and takes pride in doing a good job. The treatment was carried out with great care, and I felt I was in safe hands from start to finish.
I'd highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and caring dentist. Thanks again for the excellent treatment

Ioannis explained everything clearly during the consultation and made sure I understood the procedure and costs.

Attentive and thorough
Farhan Zahid is the best dentist I’ve had to date. He is attentive and thorough in his work while ensuring I am kept fully aware of the work he carries out on my teeth. Both Farhan and Maddie ensured I was ok and comfortable throughout the procedure. Honestly, I don’t think I would ever change my dentist now.

Stressful as had to sit and fill on a tablet, did not know if Dettol wiped every time someone used it, too many questions, l did not know my national insurance number? Some questions repeated over again. I thought to myself, staff don't have to be able to read or write as customers do it all for them, what this means for future generations l don't bear to think about.

I am sorry to hear you found your recent patient experience at the Practice to be stressful. We have taken the decision to try and be as paperless as possible to reduce the environmental impact of the Practice. I can assure you the Tablets are wiped after each patient in keeping with our strict cross infection protocols we have on site. The forms that are filled in are necessary in order for you to consent to treatment and for us to ensure your medical details are fully up to date so we are able to treat you safely, that being said if you do require help with these, please ask the clinician or nurse within the Surgery and they will be happy to assist you going forwards.
