I’m terrified of the dentist and Eleanor and the lady with her who saw me made it easy. They are both lovely and put me at ease.

Calming and caring
Staff on reception lovely as always and Scott the dental technician is always calming and caring about the treatment, expecially for anxious patients like myself. He explains everything he's doing and what needs to be done etc and always makes sure to ask how everything has been in case something does need looking at more throughly whilst your there.
