The politeness of the lovely receptionist calming me because she knew I was scared, Scott my dentist is the most polite nicest man ever, put me at ease straight away, the surgery is immaculate, comfortable waiting area 5 stars from me.

My experience
Don't like the idea of having to have two visits for a deep clean, last time I had it I was in the chair for just over 5 minutes for a clean of my top teeth, why should I have to come back again, it gives people the impression of being ripped off as well as the inconvenience of a second visit so won't be using your hygienist service again.
