I'm frightened to death of dentist, but Emma, the dentist, was very kind, very good and gentle.
She put me ease and told me everything she was going to do.

So understanding with me
Now it has finally been announced on the system about my short-term memory loss, I feel a lot more comfortable because I did have a huge problem with service which upset me because I missed an appointment because of my short-term memory loss and was told I could no longer have any appointments. But now this issue has been avoided by my dentist and hygienist putting on the system that I will never be told that I can’t have any appointments and will always be welcome at the dentist. Both my dentist and hygienist have been amazing, so understanding with me and I can’t thank them enough.
