All round - brilliant
I was greeted at reception by very friendly and professional member of staff. I was called into see the dentist by a very kind hygienist and also greeted by my dentist. My dentist was friendly, professional. She discussed my concerns with me and was able to give me accurate and encouraging news about my dental condition. All round - brilliant.

Customer service was excellent. Everyone was very polite. I arrived early for my appointment. I have a problem and everywhere I go I am always early and I will see you there which was nice.

Always lovely and friendly
The reception staff are always really friendly upon arrival. My dentist Rebecca is always lovely and friendly. I get a little anxious coming to the dentist and she puts me at ease.
