I got an appointment the same day when I needed a small filling in a front tooth. I was treated with respect and the filling was done quickly and painlessly. I had a wait of 15 mins after my appointment time before I was treated.

Laurence is an excellent dentist. He has great interpersonal skills and gives me confidence that he knows what he's doing. He explains each procedure and gives me time to ask questions. He did a great job of extracting my tooth even though it wasn't straightforward.

Please try another method that promotes privacy and dignity
My doctor and her assistant were kind and caring during the procedure.The receptionists are also lovely but i have one concern.
I had to come back and collect my denture and to have the receptionist just hand it over to me over the counter was so embarrassing. There were other clients seated behind me and someone standing beside me. It was a full room! They were just there in a clear small bag. I felt so unnecessarily exposed.
Please try another method that promotes privacy and dignity. Even just putting this in an opaque envelope would have meant a lot. But overall service is good.

Great service from the second I walk in to the second I leave
I’ve been at this practice since it was opened and always had great service from the second I walk in to the second I leave.
Greeted with a smile staff are very professional if they are busy they acknowledge that you're there with a comment of “give me one minute and I’m all yours”
Greeted once more to enter room with the dentist by another member of staff and right throughout the visit made to feel comfortable.
