Very pleasant and efficient

The reception staff were efficient and very pleasant. I didn't have to wait very long to see the dentist, and she and her assistant were very pleasant and efficient.

This is similar to the review I posted last visit. Have just been today and have been just as satisfied as previously. So to repeat and slightly enhance my last review : - I have been an NHS patient at Windsor and it's predecessor practices for nearly 45 years and cannot fault the treatment I receive every time I visit. Post pandemic the practice is as busy as ever but the service remains of a high standard. Time to wait for an appt for non urgent treatment is not unreasonable and emergency appts are available every day. I remain a very satisfied patient.

Highly recommend them

We arrived about 50 minutes early for our appt, mainly due to the fact we had travelled quite a distance and didn’t want to be late. We were offered to go and have a drink and come back, or to wait. We chose to wait, knowing it would be a long wait. However we were fitted in early as they had a gap, which meant we were both in and out before our first appt. For which we were very grateful. As always the staff were very friendly and professional too, highly recommend them.
