My experience

Great service. However I was told one price and then when I went to pay the amount had gone up. Dentist was great about it and agreed to reduce back to original price.
Dentist ran late from previous appointment but no apology. If I was late I wouldn’t have been seen.

Everything was explained to me

The way, as a nervous patient, I was put at ease and helped to relax. Everything was explained to me throughout the appointment, all in all an almost pleasant experience!!

Excellent treatment by Hygienist

I had 2 appointments with the hygienist and she was excellent; courteous, thoughtful, and considerate to my needs. She was relaxed throughout, explaining what she was going to do and that made me relax.

Staff are hard working and well mannered

Lovely work surrounding, the staff are hard working and well mannered. Easy to discus any worries or issues with. They advise the best treatment and treatment plans. The timing is really good too for appointments.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your hygiene treatment ,I was sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the treatment you received.
Hygiene visits can be uncomfortable as they are removing plaque from below gum level, also if you are already experiencing sensitivity or swollen gums this can contribute to the pain. If you please email [email protected] we can look into your records and inform the hygienist to look at using a different approach next time or some patients prefer to have local aesthetic before having scales.
