Add an appointment here today first one in a long time , spoke with reception manager regarding a issues I had Shirley, sorted my issue out very effectively lovely Ladie , also reception staff were very nice and professional, and the Dentist I seen made me feel very at ease because I'm a nervous patient , was easy to spk and explained everything to me about my treatment and what outcome I should expect , I've been putting of going for a while because of how I feel about Dentists ,but it was a very nice experience and I put that down to all the lively staff thankyou Shirley and all the rest who I had the pleasure of speaking to x

I’ve been a patient of Windsor Dental for over 50 years, recently I’ve received totally pain free specialist treatment trying to save a rather complex tooth, unfortunately this has failed and now needs to be removed.
Today totally to my surprise I’ve received a phone call telling me that I am to be refunded 1/2 the amount of the cost of the above treatment.
Thank you very much Windsor Dental you have really made my week, keep up the good work.

I was having a massive pain from my tooth and I wasn't even able to sleep because of the pain .. my appointment was today with doctor loannis and Omar they looked after me and were very respectful ... I strongly recommend this practice to everyone the practice is very clean and everyone is respected , friendly and professional

Thankyou to Natasha and Ash who today did my lip filler. Ash was assisting natahsa throughout the procedure and both made me feel so at ease, very comfortable atmosphere. They both reassured me throughout and made feel so relaxed (which is what I need when getting lip filler). Ella who was nursing also kept asking me if I was ok throughout and which again was very comforting. My lips are stunning and I could not be happier with the result. Usually when I've had lip filler its been quiet painful but today was the least pain I've felt from having them done and I believe this is because Natasha, Ash and Ella made me feel relaxed. Thankyou so much

I recently had three fillings and an extraction with the surgery. These appointments were on 21/10/22 & 31/10/22 both at 11:20am.
I wanted to pass on what a positive experience I had. I say this, as I avoided the dentist for over 10 years following a long standing phobia.
However, the dentist (who I believe was called Elizabeth) and her assistant were both absolutely fantastic with me. Both were so kind, caring, patient and spent time explaining every singe step of the procedures in an effort to alleviate my anxieties.
I can honestly say, the outstanding treatment I had under the care of these two clinicians has dramatically reduced my fear of further dental work. Should I need any more dental treatment again in the future, l would not hesitate to book again.
Both clinicians are a credit to surgery.
Please pass on my thanks to these staff and the management team.
