The practice is always clean with sufficient seating. The counter staff are always friendly and efficient, both face to face and on the telephone.
Shortly after joining the practice I was allocated Dr Basir. She is the ultimate professional. Welcoming and clear as to the treatment needed and any alternatives there may be. The treatment is carried out with the utmost care.
At the age of 76 I have experienced a lot of Dentists and I have nothing but praise for Dr Basir. She is a great asset to Windsor Dental Practice.

a pleasant experience and all staff speak to you in a friendly manner with eye contact. a refreshing change from other dental practices i have been to. the dentist is approachable and reassuring. also good availability of appointment times.

My Experience with Windsor Dental was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I had the Enlighten teeth whitening treatment after being talked through my options by Stacy and everything about the service was great. My initial consultation was with Dr Singh and then my follow up appointment 2 weeks later was with Dr Preece, all of whom are friendly, efficient and professional. My appointment date/time requests were easily accommodated. I would recommend Windsor Dental Practice to anyone wanting any cosmetic dentistry without hesitation.

I lost a crown and was seen very quickly by my dentist. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and gave me clear advice. He then gave me a temporary repair and I was then able to break two follow up appointments within three weeks. This was important to me and I was very grateful. A most professional job, thank you.
