Visited the hygienist Rachel Cooney. Absolutely fantastic. Don't know what happened - I had no fear for the first time in my life. And she did a first rate job. Thank you so much for that perfect skill of generating patient comfort when terrified of the dentist.

I have had a couple of bad experiences with a specific dentist that I automatically get assigned too but being able to choose your own dentist online Is simple and easy and turned my experience around

Brilliant practice
I was stuck in traffic for over an hour which was making me late but a reception staff member reassured me all would be okay and they could put the time back a but after speaking to Scott the dental technician.
Scott was also reassuring and also informative re teeth care etc.
It's a brilliant dentist and Scott has always been good at what he does, making sure patients are okay when feeling anxious about being in the chair.
Brilliant practice with lovely staff all round.

Perfect from booking the appointment with the helpful and understanding receptionist to seeing Scott who performed brilliantly and alleviated any fears I had and also went above and beyond to reassure me of any potential issues that I may have in the future.

Cannot fault the treatment
Rang on practice opening at 8am Monday Morning. Only waited around 5 mins before call was answered. Given appointment at 11:40 same day as had severe toothache. Saw dentist who was so nice, she examined and x-rayed teeth on question, and treated accordingly. Cannot fault the treatment I received as an NHS patient. Thanks so much
