Calm, knowledgeable

I had a hygienist appointment recently and was really impressed with the whole experience. The hygienist was calm, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout and checked in regularly to make sure I was okay. The cleaning itself was thorough but gentle — no discomfort at all.
The advice I was given around flossing and gum care was really helpful and felt tailored, not generic. The whole appointment was relaxed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic

The hygienist was so good, knew how to keep me calm and not overthink during my treatments. Over the years I’ve become so anxious about the dentist, she really reassured me. My last trip, I didn’t even think about it. The work she has done is fantastic, my teeth and gums have made a huge improvement

Dillon was just fantastic

I had a broken tooth. When Dillon had seen me previously at a check up, hed given me advice on how to manage the tooth and gums that were going to be an issue. So I attended an appointment expecting to have a discussion as the tooth needed removing. Dillon gave me all the information about my options, made me feel comfortable with the option to have the tooth removed there and then. I was anxious about the injections as they have hurt when seeing other dentists. I had no pain at all. In fact, it was only due to my face feeling numb that I realised he'd completed the numbing. It was completely pain free. No waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, Dillon said it will take effect in 30 seconds. (I was anxious at this point.) Dillon was fantastic. He explained everything at each step and the tooth was removed with no problems. I had confidence in him before, but now, he's gained hero status! Nearly 4 hrs post removal and there's no pain. I can't thank Dillon enough. Wonderful experience for something i was very anxious about.
