Went for pain at back of tooth. Dentist found the problem and solution very quick and explained the issue clearly. Only complaint I have is the time I had to wait for the appointment. It was at 3pm but got called to go in at 3:20pm

Appointment
Really frustrating to be asked if I have any access needs or anything I want staff to know, then have what I've stated ignored. Advocating for myself in person is incredibly hard, but I felt safer after putting some simple requests in the reg forms. After today's experience I feel like I need to start bringing an advocate with me to appointments.
