My experience
When I arrived the girl on the desk had a customer, she saw I was waiting, then another lady was waiting next to me. She totally ignored me and attended to the lady, pure ignorance. I was then attended to by the lady that came off the phone who noticed what she had done, bad customer service, she should not be allowed to be in the desk. However my service with my dentist couldn’t fault it

I’ve been seeing Dr Marston for over 20 year and she has been exceptional. Always lovely, professional, explains everything very well and gives knowledgeable advice. The reception team are very friendly and the hygiene team are very good and professional. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough.

Absolutely fantastic and professional service.
I was referred to see a root canal specialist, and was provided the best care and service by Chris Larkin. Chris not only took the time to explain where the issue was and why but also explained in details what and how he was going to carry out the procedure to put my mind at ease.
The procedure was over a few appointments and each time care and attention was taken, and the service was not rushed at all and I felt that I could ask questions.
Chris and the dental nurse (sorry I didn't take her name) worked extremely well together. I would highly recommend if you would like a professional dental service.
