My experience
The dentist and level of care and professionalism was excellent and I thoroughly recommend West Point for that.
I was called for the appointment 30 minutes after the appointment time. It is unclear to me what could have happened for the surgery to be running 30 minutes late by mid morning. I have never been called on time for an appointment at West Point Dental surgery

Brilliant….it always is. The reception staff are friendly, professional and patient even when there’s a long queue! Dental staff are supreme and Janet Marston did an awesome job for me….she always does, I’m always grateful and I never take her for granted.

Gentle and reassuring
My dentist was superb as she always is. She was gentle and reassuring. She clearly explained what she was going to do during the appointment.
The nurse was also very good at her role, as were the reception staff I interacted with on the day. I didn’t feel rushed. I was spoken to and addressed in a clear and polite manner.
