My experience
The service for answering telephone is very poor as I waited 30 mins on the call for someone to answer and get told that there is no emergency appointment available for today, well firstly it should have not taken 30 mins to to answer and listen to the recorded message

Excellent experience again with Bilal, who is a dream of a dentist. He is very detail oriented, takes a comprehensive history and does a thorough exam. Also very prudent with when to take xrays and when not to. (Which I greatly appreciate as judicious use of radiation).
Bilal has seen me through crown replacements, a root canal (he referred me to a colleague of his in Wilmslow who specialises in endodontics for that), general checkups and teeth whitening. My only disappointment is that he is leaving Westpoint Dental Centre very soon and moving to London. He'll no longer be my dentist but he will have some very lucky clients down south.
