I have visited the clinic on 18 March 2024 to backfill an old amalgame, the teeth were weak and I was so afraid ..the Dr. was taking care of all the details and did the back fill in such a gentle way, he was telling me about all steps and procedure and also the precautions after filling.. i did not expect that pain free, my teeth now is back better than before and thanks for staff and Mr. Omar Zaroub for his kindness and welcoming

Excellent dentist. I have had terrible experiences with dentists in the past but our family dentist Omar and dental nurse Tilly at westpoint have been exceptional, they have made me feel comfortable, relaxed and pain free throughout my visits and treatments. I will never go to another dentist again highly recommend. Thank you Omar and Tilly 😁.

Had a tooth removed last night, the dentist Hitesh was so professional, did an amazing job and got me in and out as quickly as possible, receptionist are so lovely too, can’t recommend this place enough, thank you West Point for such an amazing service

I didn't keep up with my routine appointments and lost my NHS place at this practice, after an eternity on waitlist I managed to get accepted again. I have a fear of the dentists, and when I went after many years I was so upset to learn that I needed some extensive work ...including some rather deep fillings. I was fearful and nervous.

Step in Doctor Minahill (I hope I have that name correct!), this lady is outstanding at what she does, the work is all perfect, but she also has, what I would describe, as the best bedside manner ever, nobody likes to have a numbing injection but this lady does them as gently as possible, she is ultra polite and friendly and just seems really genuine, she is a credit to the practise. At my last appointment, that included a final filling I was surprised that I was not apprehensive at all before my visit, that is a massive turnaround for me , so Thank You.

10/10 honestly. I would also like to say the waiting times are amazing here, they really stick to schedule, which is great as I have managed all my appointments on a lunch break

Dr. Hossam Harisha is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. You can tell he takes a great amount of pride in his work. A real craftsman.

After years of not finding an NHS dentist, I decided to go private and I was not disappointed! Yes its more expensive than NHS treatment but Dr. Usman took time to answer all my questions, he was patient and understood all my concerns. He gave me multiple options so I was in control and fully informed. Highly recommended!

This is a brilliant dentist practice. I have been going to Kelly Gordon for 6 / 7 years and I’m writing this review as a thank you for such outstanding care. Kelly explains everything thoroughly, in a patient and clear manner. I feel informed and take better care of my teeth because of it. Absolute fantastic dental practice customer service second to none

I usually don’t leave reviews, however after visiting various dental practices around Manchester my anxiety levels around dentists worsened. After my first consultation with Dr Hossam, he is the ONLY dentist I would ever trust. I can’t put into words how professional he is and his expertise is out of this world. I recommend Dr Hossam to EVERYONE that wants the absolute best treatment and a dentist that truly stresses about his patient’s comfort. If he sees this review I would like to thank him again for all the fillings he has done and for makimg me feel so at ease(no more anxiety!). He uses MINIMAL numbing as he hits the nerves perfectly! I can’t believe how bad my previous dentists have been. You owe it to yourself to give him a try; you will never want to go to another dentist!

I had an excellent service. The receptionist were very nice and the hygienist Fariyal was very thorough and professional. Fariyal gave detailed advice on to avoid gum disease and recommended the type of electric toothpaste to purchase. Pleased with the treatment I received. Highly recommended.

Best dentist I have ever come across. I was seen by Hitesh. He's a very polite man, always talking to you and making you feel comfortable while doing the job. I had a couple of broken teeth taken out and didn't feel much pain and didn't even have after pain when the numbness finished. I would definitely recommend him. Ismah

I had no dentist and was in agony with a broken tooth and absesses.
The receptionist was amazing and got me a same day appointment, even rang me back up to get me an earlier time!
Within 10 minutes, I had an x-ray and the tooth was promptly removed.
The staff were so kind and made me so relaxed, as I was terrified that it was going to hurt (I felt nothing)
I highly recommend this dental surgery as they obviously care so much about their profession and their patients. Thank you for relieving unbearable pain, it moved me to tears of gratitude.

I have to say I’m really pleased with the service at westpoint dental Centre. It was my second hygiene visit and Faraiyal was amazing. She was friendly, kind and patient. I had other dental concerns which she was further able to assist with by referring me to the dentist ensuring I get the best possible options available. I’m really pleased- brilliant service very professional and I would highly recommend her.
