Despite the challenges of covid and keeping everyone safe, I had a great visit with the Legend DR Mardsen , and Rob the hygienist. A special wonderful thanks to the colleagues on reception , the true heroes who go above and beyond thank you for keeping me smiling x

My visit yesterday.
I had to have 4 teeth out and a dentist fitted.As anyone can imagine there is anxiety attached to this . . .
My dentist: Dr Nayar is the kindest and most professional dentist I have had the pleasure to meet.
He is a credit to his profession.
My visit today February 24th.
I always look forward to my appointment with the hygenist; Muhammed who is so friendly and funny ( good at his job too)
Then my dentist Dr Nayer who is a kind and lovely person.
Definitely the best team for me.

The team in the practice is just amazing.

I had an extraction today, it was my first one and I was really anxious about the process. The receptionist, the nurse and the dentist were really supportive and patient with me, which I really appreciate.

Staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable and welcome. It was easy to make an appointment and the environment felt safe in regards to covid-19 safety precautions. 5 star service!

Dr Usman is amazing. I have a dentist phobia. Dr Usman has made me feel comfortable and the job he has done is the reason I can smile with confidence again. He is passionate about what he does and he is a great dentist but also a kind-hearted man.

I went for a check-up and cleaning today 17Jul21, Dr Usman has done a great job. My teeth are really clean and shiny. Thanks once again.

I have to share my experience and to raise one of the dentist Kelly Gordon .
I had a massive toothache for really long time went through emergency in hospital to private clinic in city centre (Victoria) , NHS dentist in other area in Manchester and genuinely their answer was take a tooth out or do crowns everywhere without even being interested to not earn money or do proper check and X ray! Kelly was opposite and since day one she clearly explained where the problem is and from previous experience with other clinics you could just tell she knows exactly what She’s talking about. Her welcoming and positive attitude make you feel comfortable with no fear. It’s nice to see that clinic try to help and solve your problem except to rip you off.

While being proffesional Kelly also has a habit of doing things with a smile. To say she is dedicated to her job just doesn’t do her justice.
Good dentist are hard to find and even harder to keep. West Dental are lucky to have her as a dentist.

I’m more than happy to spend another money here because it’s really worth to your health and it’s definitely not over-priced as someone mentioned in reviews which I’ve seen before. Dentist are expensive but out there are more expensive clinics charging for “nothing” .
I’m really grateful to Kelly for her help and her patience with me being in pain.. I felt really bad to not be able to handle the pain from beginning and she just didn’t let you feel “silly” . Honestly I would not recommend other dentists more than her. And Thank you so much again.

All staff are kind and smiley and even I’m coming back to have another pain I’ve not had a such a good dentist long time who would help to do such a lot work in pretty short time of period. Receptionists are always trying to help and get an appointment by your requirements . All clinic is clean and welcoming.

Dentist and hygienist very efficient & professional. I have been with this practice for a number of years and have always been happy.
Hygienist visit was very good. Everyone friendly as always. Paid with my phone, so touched nothing.
I’ve already rebooked my next appointment.

would highly recommend this dental practise to anyone the staff including reception staff are just incredible they are so polite and help through every situation. Three generations of my family have been coming here thats just over 50 years of being with this practise the hygienist Susie is so nice and always does a great job and the dentist Janet Marston she's just the best always brings a smile to my face so friendly and welcoming and the advise they give us spot on could not ask for a better service

Ive not been to the dentist yet but spoke to the receptionist and also the doctor. And they deserve more than 5 stars. So nice and helpful and so good with their quick response through email and phone.

Helped me a lot with a prescription for now and will soon see them. Thanks a lot.

Very nice Friendly and approachable staff great service I definitely recommend this practice to every one.

My dentist is very good, she explains clearly my treatment options. Her treatment is very caring and professional.
The reception team are very friendly and helpfully .

I usually never leave a comment but I can’t thank the whole team enough. The lovely and professional receptionists and especially Dr Janet Marston who helped me and put me back at ease by giving me a piece of mind again. After having a terrible dental experience at a different clinic, Dr Janet told me that everything was going to be okay and she fully restored my hope.

Never met a dentistry establishment as nice as this. As i have a fear of dental work due to previous experiences, i have been getting lots of help from all here, and would like to make a special mention to claire, not just work wise, but as a whole. Ill have a brighter smile than jimmy carr soon 😁😁😁
