I had a brilliant hygiene treatment from Dr Mohamed Khamoudi today, which I consider as one of the best treatments ever I had at the dental practice. The dentist did everything right and he was a true gentleman.

It was a great experience with Dr Chris at westpoint Dental.

Attended as an emergency after snapping my tooth and feeling absolutely distraught — I was looked after so well by all the staff. They were incredibly kind and reassuring, and made a really upsetting situation so much easier to cope with.

I’m registered at the practice as an NHS patient, but after unexpectedly snapping my front tooth right down to the gum on Saturday, I found myself in a real state of panic. It was one of those moments that completely knocks your confidence, and I was genuinely distressed about how I looked and how I was going to manage important work commitments.

I decided to come in privately as it was Saturday and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful that I did. I was seen within two hours, which in itself was such a relief. Usman and the team were incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring at a time when I really needed it. They managed to carefully secure my tooth back in place using a temporary wire and bonding, which, while not a long-term solution, has made an immediate and massive difference.

What they did for me means I can face an important meeting at work on Monday with confidence, rather than worry or embarrassment. I went from feeling completely overwhelmed and upset to feeling looked after and reassured in such a short space of time.

A special thank you as well to Claire and Olivia for their advice and support throughout — it really helped me feel guided and cared for during such a stressful situation.

I can’t thank Usman and the Westpoint team enough for their professionalism, compassion, and quick action. It genuinely meant the world to me.

It wad just a check up and the dentist was happy that my teeth are in good health

As a patient who is very nervous with dental treatment, would highly rate Dr Sam Harisha for professionalism and giving encouragement for my tooth extraction.

Excellent treatment and advice from Hitesh Nayar. Always explains things clearly and demonstrated how to use the small brushes. Always friendly and helpful.

Dr Hossam is an excellent dentist with a friendly demeanour. Highly recommended.
