I hadn't been to the dentist for over 22 years and I was terrified of going. I knew I had to go and as yet another tooth broke, I reluctantly found a dentist. I booked online which was straightforward. From then on I have nothing but praise for all staff that have met at West point Dental Centre. Chris, the dentist has been helpful, honest, straightforward. He has been kind without being syruppy and efficient without being rude. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery.

Appointment
I came to have a hygienist appointment and paid £85 for an airflow appointment. I can understand that there can be often knock on delays for appointments but I was waiting over 15 mins past my appointment time. When it was my time to be seen, Mohammed was friendly and talkative but the service itself was rushed, rough (at one point he scrubbed paste into my mouth - should have been much more gentler and gave very back alley dentist vibes- and left me in a state. I’ve had previous hygiene visits and understand it can be a somewhat messy procedure but I have never been left with copious amounts of paste smeared all over my face and hijab. I was given a minute to swirl and a measly paper towel given. The dental assistant was also not forthcoming when I asked for a wipe.
I’ve been coming to Westpoint since I was child and never been disappointed with the service until this appointment today. I hope this feedback can be taken on board and worked on.

I had to wait 15 minutes but my cleaning appointment which was meant to last 30 mins was only 15 minutes and though the staff were lovely and gentle, my teeth still have stains on them.
