We had lovely customer service
I had an appointment at Mansfield Dental Practice today with my 2 daughters and as usual we had lovely customer service by the receptionist and the Dentist and Dental Assistant were friendly and talked us through everything they were doing. My 6 year old gave her sticker to the Receptionist and told her she likes her a lot. Always a pleasure thank you!

First time visiting the dentist, the receptionist was lovely, had time to answer questions and gave as much advice as possible, the dentist was very calm and allowed you to ask questions and receive answers again without any rush, the lady helping the dentist was very reassuring and again allowed you to ask questions and gave reassuring answers! All staff were very polite and didn’t rush the process! Very reassuring visits, definitely enabled a calm visit. Perfect!

My dentist took time to explain
Lovely appt today, my dentist took time to explain what he was doing and why and the necessary treatment that I required and different options and what he would advise that would be more beneficial for me.
