I'm not a dentist person, but I'm glad I went. From walking through the door the staff where very friendly and very helpful.

Called into the dentist, who introduced herself, and explained to me what she was doing, and what treatment is recommended. She also gave me information on products I needed to buy and where I can buy the products. The dentist made me feel at ease, even though I was nervous.

My experience

Had check-up as haven't been for about a year now. Saw a New Dentist today - he was very gentle and calm which was lovely, but just felt the assessment could have been more in depth whilst going round my teeth. I mentioned I could do with seeing the hygienist and he agreed. The initial assessment seemed to last for just a minute. Would have liked a bit more time. But overall his demeanor seemed caring.
