5 star service all round

The overall consultancy was good happy with the plan I have been given with this being my first time at Mansfield dental practice. However, I was not overly impressed by the dentist's attitude towards me.

I’m a nervous patient with poor experiences of dental practices, where I have been in pain from poor treatments from when I was younger up until my early twenties. This has put me off from visiting dentists unless I have to go through sheer pain in my mouth, I was taken aback by some of the comments that were made to me during my appointment.
Comments made such as instead of eating a biscuit eat a carrot stick at work.
And explaining to me that supermarkets do actually sell healthy foods which felt like a sarcastic remark towards my appearance and lifestyle after only judging me by my oral care.
I’m currently going through anxiety at the moment through bereavement issues helped by my place of work and today’s appointment left me feeling slightly upset.

The appointment like mentioned was fine, a dentist who is obviously good at their job and happy with the plan I have been given, but some of the comments I received were unnecessary.

The whole experience was pain free got my tooth out today thanks and Anita and her team mate who reassured me throughout the process.
Anita you are a star after two months of painful toothache and dental visits only tried mansfield dental practice once and had no issues.

The staff was very friendly. The appointment was very prompt. The information about treatment was very clear and understandable.

What can I say, what a fantastic experience, can honestly say the hygienist was the best I have seen

Really good experience. The hygienist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain things clearly, giving helpful advice. The receptionist was also friendly and efficient, making everything run smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!!
