My experience
Was only in dentist chair for about 3 minutes, no scrape or polish, we used to get that service in the price we paid but not any more.

Dear Mr Strouther We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your visit. Whilst a scale and polish is included in a NHS band 1 it is if clinically necessary, your dental gum health is in good condition if this was not required at your appointment. I will pass this feedback onto the clinician. If you require any further assistance don't hesitate to contact the practice.

Went today with a broken tooth and Maria filled it straight away. Always very calming as I am a nervous patient! The assistant was lovely also.

A very nice, relaxed atmosphere
I found the receptionist very polite and cheery. The dental nurse and dentist I saw were both polite, professional, they both created a very nice, relaxed atmosphere, which is exactly what I need when visiting the dentist. Thank you all for a lovely experience.

My experience
The receptionist was lovely however the dentist was rude and patronising in her tone. Made me feel terrible about my gum health when I have never before been told anything was wrong (actually quite the opposite). Was an overall unpleasant experience (apart from the receptionist who was welcoming and accommodating).

A pleasant experience
I arrived early but still received a friendly greeting and was invited for my examination quickly.
As it was just for a 6 month checkup it was soon over and after I got another appointment sorted I was on my way very quickly. A pleasant experience with no fuss.
