Thoroughness and attentive

As is always and as is expected, my treatment and appointment were met with both courteously, thoroughness and attentive care in terms of current and possible ongoing future Care.
Further, attention focused also upon N.H.S. services which are interlinked with those provided locally and at non local providers ie. Hospital 'Max Fax' facilities and 'here' an appointment was rightly and correctly agreed by patient and dentist to relieve a 'follow-up' hospital appointment within the next few days, which following and in-light of resulting positive outcome after my examination at Mansfield Dental practice (Rodericks) therefore was saving unnecessary costs and a 'freeing' of an appointment best used for 'others more needy'.

This was an emergency appointment the Dentist was really thorough with xray and really put my mind at rest sorted the tooth and we have a plan if the tooth deteriorateds the tooth will have to come out.

A good, thorough appointment

Welcoming staff and a good, thorough appointment. I did need to ask for a tooth to be cleaned, which is normally done as part of my treatment, but the dentist did clean it for me.

Absolutely brilliant experience today. I needed a deep clean which I hate but Anita and the lovely dental nurse were fantastic and so patient with me. They did everything they could to calm my fears and made it a much more positive experience. Can't recommend enough!
