First time for my family coming here, and all staff were very pleasant and nice, and easy to talk to, our dentist who seemed to us very warm and kind, she made us all feel very welcome and comfortable, best dentist we have been to.

Dariusz and the dental assistant as always were great. Professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Also the receptionist was polite and efficient, but did have to explain a number of times to patients about the online forms, which have been sent and aren't working. She did a great job at this and kept calm throughout! Which I can imagine hasn't been easy. Thank you.

Visited Tuesday, greeted by a lovely receptionist, then called in by a lovely girl, and saw Maria the dentist, she is so friendly, polite and makes you feel at ease. She is a lovely caring person. Everyone is lovely. It’s a good dental practice. Thank you everyone.

Routine visit
The new registration online doesn’t work. I have spoken to the receptionist several times over the last month and her attitude as a whole is poor. I was unable to get an appointment with my dentist on two occasions for emergency treatment and had to seek help elsewhere, to which I ended up in so much pain I went to hospital. Surely routine appointments can be rescheduled in the event of an emergency?? I had issue after issue with the receptionist and her general demeanour towards me and the other patients I heard her speak to whilst I was there was appalling.

My girls were very anxious about the appointment today after not visiting a dentist for a while due to our dentist leaving and us waiting on a replacement from our original surgery . The dentist was really lovely and put myself and my girls at ease straight away.
