Gentle, patient and very thorough

Everyone was patient, polite and very friendly.
I really hate going to the dentist, it is a fear of mine but the dentist was explanatory of the treatment, gentle, patient and very thorough.

Thorough and kind

When I phoned for my appointment the receptionist noted I needed a downstairs appointment because of my disability.
The dentist and her PA were very thorough and kind.

Pleasant and helpful receptionists.
Extremely pleased with the Dentist Maria Bonetti, she is very considerate and understanding of people's fears of dentists and very thorough with her examination would highly recommend this Dental practice.

Tooth extracted

The lady dentist was so lovely and made the whole process of having a tooth extracted as pleasant and painless as she could, she explained in detail each stage of the process and made me feel totally at ease. What a great asset she is to Mansfield Dental Practice.

Excellent appointment

Reception staff friendly and helpful, especially accommodating me due to being stuck in traffic.
The same goes for the clinical staff. The dentist Maria was extremely thorough in her pre-treatment discussion regarding my current medication, as well as going through my potential concerns. I felt very assured.
All in all, a thoroughly excellent appointment, I could not have expected a better experience. Thank you!
