Appointment was on time, dentist was very friendly whilst still being professional, l had to go as a private patient as my NHS dentist left this practice and I was unable to be transferred to the other NHS dentists at this practice.

My experience
I arrived for my 0900 hrs appointment at 0845, whereas my dentist came through the front door at 0859. My appointment started at 0908 and was finished by 0920 which included a dental check and a scale and polish. I felt that the whole procedure was a rush in order to get back on track.
I come from a military background, and if my appointment is 0900 then I expect to be seen at 0900.
No apologies for being late was offered, and while I accept that unforeseen circumstances may occur a simple explanation would have been in order.
