The communication and just the overall experience and the ladies I saw where welcoming and talked through everything, even though I’ve had it done many times it was the best communication I have had with your hygienist,10 out of 10. I’ve had this treatment many times there’s been a bit of advice and job done, today I’ve learnt more to help myself with my issue and look forward to seeing them again in November so if I’m doing something wrong I can carry on working with them.

Lovely receptionist, kind and helpful.
Today I saw the hygienist Claire, from the moment I stepped into the room I felt at ease, (I’m very nervous at dentists). She talked me through everything, was kind and patient .Her assistant was lovely too (I’m sorry I forget her name) I can’t thank them both enough. They were brilliant. Just fabulous!!! Thank you.

The dentist was lovely
The dentist was lovely, she was thorough checking our teeth and took her time to explain everything and our options.
I have had to wait a while to get a check up due to the lack of a dentist, only my daughter was seen. I am very pleased with our new dentist, I just hope she stays at the practice.
