Apart from waiting far to long to get on the NHS list the treatment and Service's are very good,

This dental practice and all the staff are extremely caring, helpful and understanding. I usually see Mr Jones but today I saw Omar and due to constant toothache, ended up having an extraction which would normally terrify me. He totally put me at ease and made the whole experience bearable. Well done and thank you. Would definitely recommend.

This is based on human factors and the lack thereof in my experience today with the dental hygienist. Following my previous experience with them on this visit I provided feedback to them about how they effected my teeth causing a return to my sensitivity and stripped away the months/years of work to build up that resistance. On raising that today I was met with a defensive and dismissive attitude of "are you sure that was me?". Then on discussing my oral health, they were explaining long standing issues in a condescending and dismissive attitude. I felt there is a significant lack of knowing how to build a rapport, be positive when hearing feedback and actually listening to the feedback. I appreciate nobody likes to hear they haven't done well, but the better professionals can accept they will be at fault offer an apology and move forward in a positive manner. Unfortunately no of that was forthcoming. Also if they had taken the time to review my dental history half the comments made during my appointment (also during a point when I could not verbally respond) were not required and showed a lack of actually investing time to prepare for the interaction. I would expect better from any Healthcare professional and highly recommend they work on their civility and inclusivity training at the bare minimum for their own professional development. As the incivility I received at my 5:15pm appointment with your hygienist was everything I expected after the first time I met them at my previous check. First impressions last, and I can say I am now considering leaving based on those 2 appointments after nearly 6 years of having my dental care with yourselves. Always look after your customers and the business will flourish. Happy to be contacted directly to discuss this further with Marton dental practice about my feedback.

Fantastic Dental practice, they make you feel relaxed, Mr Jonesc has been our family Dentist for over 30yrs he's fantastic plus Jill who is admin manager is very help all the admin are great.
