So happy with my composite bonding-my teeth look more like their old selves ! I got exactly what I asked for and they were fine when I changed my mind about how many teeth I wanted done. I opted for a natural look/colour and that's exactly what I got-thankyou Omar 🙂 And a big thanks to Jodie too who put my mind at ease about any concerns I had.

Appointment

A double appointment had been booked for me without my knowledge.
When I queried if I would be paying for two appts I was informed yes.
I had been seeing the hygienist instead of the dentist the last couple of times. So was confused why an appt with both had been arranged.
I then said I couldn’t afford to pay for two appts today and could she cancel the one with the hygienist.
This was done but then I was asked to give 24 hrs notice before cancelling appts in the future as that was a wasted 1/2 hour appt!
I could understand this if I had booked both appts.
Found this comment unnecessary in the circumstances.
Never go in for appts on time anyway, they are always running late.
It was around 20 mins after arrival that I was seen.
Normally wouldn’t bother saying anything as I have had no issue with any of the staff previously and have been with this practice for many years.

They are excellent

Having been with Marton Dental Practice and its predecessor for a few years now I can say that they are excellent. I am aware that superlatives are often over egged but the MDP team over the years have always earned their 5 star rating. The fact that I travel a 50 mile round trip for each appointment says it all

Such a welcoming practice. Mr Jones takes great care and is very informative explaining treatments throughout sprinkled with some lovely humour to lighten the mood.
The hygienist is very thorough and easy to talk to about how best to care for your teeth between appointments.
I highly recommend Marton Dental practice.
