Great staff
The reception staff were cheery, polite and very helpful. The hygienist was also pleasant and professional and took the time to give me feedback on my dental hygiene techniques and how well I was doing which was much appreciated. Paddy was excellent too. He took time to explain which teeth we needed to keep an eye on and why, he gave positive feedback on how well my teeth were doing. The hygienist's and dentist's assistants were very pleasant and professional too. As always, a very pleasant couple of appointments with great staff making me feel welcome and cared about. I like the new decor too.
The only issue I have is that my dental hygiene is improving year on year yet my Denplan fees continue to rise yearly to. It'd be nice if my efforts to improve my teeth and reduce their liability was reflected in Denplan's fees (like a no claims discount). See you in 6mths.

Originally went for composite bonding and was advised to get an Invisalign Omar explained why he felt this was a better option and made me feel comfortable and confident about what needed to be done to my teeth for them to be how I had asked and I was happy to put my trust in him for the best end result. Jodie the treatment coordinator is really helpful if you need any help and is easily accessible by WhatsApp. I would highly recommend.
